At N I F Ispat Limited, we have implemented an ascetic quality control system which is customer-centric and continually improved. To achieve our targets, we follow the policy of motivating the staff members which improve their performances. Our qualified engineers and other team members ensure that superior quality products like Vehicle Attack Bollards, Tractor Boom Sprayer Tyres & Wheels, Mild Steel Industrial Casting, Concrete Valve Box, etc. are manufactured by us.

Quality Mantra

  • Trials Procedure- In this stage, new patterns are developed or the existing designs are improved.
  • Process Control- Quality control starts with analyzing the raw materials and then applied throughout the production cycle.
  • Material Analysis- A sample of metal is analyzed in the laboratory before the molten metal is poured. 
  • Visual Analysis- A team of inspectors check & report on castings at all the stages of production.
  • Testing- To check the physical properties of the goods, universal testing machines are used along with Brinell testing machines and load test machines.

It is an important activity on which the products are inspected right from the production till the final delivery. We conduct the inspections at all the stages of:

NIF has its own four manufacturing plants situated in Howrah, West Bengal which is fully-equipped with advanced machines & tools. By using these modern facilities, we are constantly producing world-class Mild Steel Industrial Casting, Vehicle Attack Bollards, Tractor Boom Sprayer Tyres & Wheels, Concrete Valve Box and allied products. In our foundry business, we are backed with all the facilities ranging from in-house production development to molding, in-house machining to stringent production testing. Corporate Social Responsibility

Understanding our social responsibilities towards the society, we are giving back to them through various initiatives such as:

  • Blood Donation Camp- Since 2013, our company has been organizing blood donation camps every year during summers.
  • Medical Camp- Every year, we conduct Diabetes and Eye Check Up camps.
  • Blanket Distribution During Winters- Every year, our organization distributes good quality blankets to our workers. Further, we also provide umbrellas and raincoats during the rainy or monsoon season.
  • Tree Plantation- We have planted numerous trees around our factory to support the initiative of Go Green.
  • Our company gave free vaccination to the staff members on 16th August, 2021.
